I placed order on Jan 12th. It's Jan 29th and I still have not got my earring delivered.

Item is great, company Avonlea, not great at all. No email, no communication at all of any kind. USPS said my tracking label was cancelled! Called, sent online contact form, used their chat, no answer at all period. I TEXTED them, finally got an answer, ridiculous that I have to text a company to get any sort of customer support. Supposedly they updated the tracking so that's why the number was cancelled? No one ever sent me an updated number either. Very poor service, do NOT recommend this company at all. Order from somewhere else!
